Nice hotel overall, good entertainment options for kids and food was nice. Rooms need refreshing.
Food and service was very good, kids' facilties were good too
Pool water did not feel clean, the room and bathroom facilities had a lot wear and tear. Would have been nice to have family changing facilities.

Good location and friendly staff.
Great location. Short walk into the town centre. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Very good breakfast choice. The room was spacious. Bar food was very tasty with good service.
No bathrobes as mentioned on the booking. Toiletries were basic and limited. Stain on one pillow case so i just didn't use it. Bathroom could have done with a good spring clean. Jacuzzi bath looked dated (would have preferred a standard bath). It also took far too long to try and fill so i gave up. Hot chocolate sachet's would have been a nice touch. I had to slam the window's to try and close them. Bedside furniture was badly scuffed/damaged. However overall the hotel was good.

Good
Its brilliant for kids. So much for them to do.
A couple of small, easily fixed type of things. Pillows were awful.. very hard... impossible to get comfortable. No toiletries in the room which I just think is a nice touch in every hotel. The food was absolutely beautiful but the deserts were served in a small glass tumbler. I think it just made it seem really cheap looking... In the room I was in, when having a shower, the water wasn't draining out of the bath properly so I was standing with the water above my ankles. And the only other thing was the gaming room isn't open midweek which I think is bad because your paying almost as much for a midweek stay as you are a weekend. I just think all the facilities should be operational. Other than those things it was fantastic and we will definitely visit the hotel again.
